Fair by design
We would rather be boring about billing than clever. If a payment fails, your site stays online while we retry. If it is still unpaid after a few days, we pause it and keep your data. You get several warnings by email before anything is ever deleted. Your first purchase also has a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Suspended is not deleted. That is a rule we built into the platform, not a promise on a web page.
